Above the pavilion, two flags fly side by side in the English summer sky — the Indian tricolour and the St George's Cross. Both equal. Both present. The scene is framed by an ornate Mughal arch in warm ivory stone, the columns draped heavily in marigold garland vines, large lotus flowers blooming at the base, delicate botanical floral details filling the gold filigree border all the way to the corners.
